ABOUT THE JOB
The Solvoyo team is looking for an all-star Istanbul-based Account Executive to lead our business development efforts and drive success, both for our existing customers and for our sales pipeline. We will expect you to:
- Lead the expansion of Solvoyo’s ecosystem and will be one of the international sales leaders of the company
- Report directly to Solvoyo’s Chief Operating Officer and will work cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Solution Management, Legal, and Executive teams
- Identify market partnership opportunities and manage them starting from initial partner engagement through agreement, and prepare go-to-market plans
- Expand our customer base and sales ecosystem over the next 24 months.

THE ROAD AHEAD
As you get started, you’ll:
- Learn Solvoyo’s products, capabilities, and unique value proposition
- Build expertise in the competitive landscape
- Work closely with the Customer Success and Growth teams to see first-hand why global customers continue to use and expand on the Solvoyo platform.
- Identify and prioritize sales ecosystem partnerships
- Learn the Solvoyo culture, commitment to excellence, and fanatical commitment to delighting customers.
Once you’re at full speed you’ll be:
- Leading the sales effort for new leads in the Americas (U.S./Canada/LATAM), acting as the point of contact for customers
- Staying up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Monitor and report on the status of leads and sales performance analytics
- Evangelizing Solvoyo’s brand and capabilities through multiple venues and platforms in the SCP marketplace – conferences, social platforms, writing and speaking opportunities
- Implementing new sales partnerships that further strengthen and lengthens Solvoyo’s sales pipeline
- Closing deals on some of the most well-known and prestigious retail and CPG customer brands in the world
- Establishing best practices for sales conversion and customer relationship management
- Driving growth and continuous improvement by suggesting innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
You will possess:

- The ability to quickly study and build a market understanding of the various components of the SCP industry. Each company has strengths and weaknesses and understanding them in detail will be critical to helping to differentiate Solvoyo’s value proposition.
- Creativity, organizational skills, and exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal. You can authentically and effectively present in front of a person, a group, or a crowd.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and a do-whatever-it-takes attitude
- Contract negotiation experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Open to working with young professionals
- The intellectual horsepower to tackle a diverse set of customer requirements and innovation possibilities and the track record to prove it
- 5+ Years of B2B Software sales preferably in the Supply Chain Planning and Analytics space
