Responsibilities

As a growth intern, you'll need to:

  • Develop strategies relating to customer satisfaction and growth
  • Work towards sales targets and assist solution demos to support the sales process
  • Arrange meetings with clients and keep track of our sales pipeline
  • Understand client needs and qualify to confirm Solvoyo solutions can provide value and design the proposed solution accordingly
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a solution/workflow meets client needs
  • Create customer proposals that best satisfy their business needs
  • Proactively provide effective feedback to product management on product gaps and improvement areas
  • Support marketing and channel with technical expertise in external messaging
  • Liaise with Customer Success, Product Management, and Development teams to ensure customer requirements are well understood and addressed in the product capabilities and solution implementation
  • Follow competitor solutions, perform benchmarking and provide inputs for constant improvement

We are a startup. So from time to time, you will be expected to wear multiple hats: Be ready to jump on a sales call, run a customer meeting or write a blog for our website and develop an understanding of the Supply Chain and modeling world.
